And Wellington like Chicago is called the Windy City. Today’s wind is more like a breeze in Wellington terms.
I hear Chicago is called the Windy City sometimes because its politicians are full of hot air. But Wellington is windy - just windy. The bird calls are faint. But there are a few sounds of the Tui flying. They are noisy flyers. Big glossy birds with their parsons bib. Though they are not singing much for us today.
Being back in the city means that I can go on down to town and have lunch with senior son today. We will walk down in our lunch break. I am going to have a pie!
Thank you Aunty Google; New Zealand-style pies are hand-sized meat pies with flaky pastry and fillings like steak and gravy, vegetables, and cheese. They are a staple of New Zealand cuisine and are often eaten as a snack.
Have a stunning day/afternoon/evening.

Once again, thank you for this audio background to my workout ☘️
Caught a minisecond of the tui bird, but enjoyed the fall colors of the leaves. And always, the wind. But it's such a lovely noise.
