You might want to turn off the sound if you don’t want to hear a bunch of happy San Franciscans having a great Sunday night.
I was waiting for Clark Kent or Peter Benjamin Parker to appear when I rewatched this video. Do you see the reflections of the car lights - it contributes a futuristic vibe - like there is another realm peeking through a tear in our reality. Gondola cars in the black sky.
It amazed me how many people were out for a drink on a Sunday. The bar/restaurant/club had an underground carpark entrance and the most cheerful doormen guarding the elevator that took us all the way to the top where we stepped out onto a terrace.
And there was the city.
We ate - I had a Feijoa cocktail that tasted nothing like the feijoas we grow at home. But had a refreshing lime leaf hit.
I shot two videos.
I say to the group - I am going to video the street and they are like - do we have to be quiet because - like - my dude- that’s not going to happen. I say - no way- be louder! And they laugh. Loudly. They look like trouble. Their dark delight infectious.
TKG Take Ten is all about sounds. And these are city sounds!
Have a good one.
Next stop Melbourne.
Take care and Talk soon!

This must have been unusual for you! Did you sleep OK in the city?
