Sun Rising Through the Mists.
Tuesday. This is the one. Pure magic. As the mists absorb the hues and the songbirds trill in the sunrise.
We are looking to the East across the winter fields on the prairie. Listening to the lovely drifting, almost secret, calls of the meadow lark as the sun rises through the mist. They say one should not stare straight into the sun but if you watch long enough you will see the mists begin to burn off. And the sun rise right up through the screen.
This TKG Take Ten video is (again) a little longer than the ten minutes because I could not bear to crop out the sun. And the meadowlark! So beautiful. We hear a little from the robins and a kildeer too. They are very early. Soon the kildeer will be running all through the fields teasing Boo and there are more and more robins today. But the cold is coming back so there will be complaining!
Did you hear the cardinal - almost at the end.
No animals were out of bed when this was taken. The pigs are not early risers!
Have a gorgeous afternoon.

PS Dear Tenners, I have made this vid free for everybody so you can share this with anyone you think might need a break from the madness! (The news cycle is doing my head in).
Tell them it will cost a bag of apples a month to have videos like this delivered to their inboxes five days a week. True! See you tomorrow. We are in the corridor paddock tomorrow. I am having such fun with this!
The best start to a day. 💕
I like early mornings and the play of light in the sky and near the ground. Each day can be so different.
