The Duckling Circus . TKG Take Ten

How many times have I said this is THE BEST. The funniest. The most candid. Well I was wring because THIS ONE is the BESTEST!

Words are not necessary for these beautiful little birds. Don’t they look like they’re in a circus. Ducks are the most comforting creatures. They are like cats. They always look gorgeous.

I am in the barn writing this to you. Sitting on a bale of sun-warmed hay. I am waiting on the next load of hay to throw up into the barn. It is hard work but I love looking back into those lovely straight stacks!

It’s starting to look good for the winter.

And my arms and shoulders are starting to get tired. And I am not allowed to drink and stack! Ah well. I am not complaining. Life really is grand.
