TKG Take Ten . The barn is Alive with Sounds

Friday - Come listen to the wild birds, the pigs, the cats, the roosters, the chickens and all. The barn sounds, when I am not around, are so much louder! And good for the soul.

I set the camera on a shelf in the barn looking South-West then opened the doors wide to the day.

We hear starlings and sparrows, with all their varied calls, and today is the first time we clearly hear the Red-Winged Blackbird. They have returned and they herald the spring! We will be hearing more and more of them as the time passes. They come here to live in the summer. And everyone shares the bird food!!
