TKG Take Ten. Travel: Finding Nemo
The sign said if you are not good in dark enclosed spaces then this is not the ride for you. I am not good in small enclosed spaces. But you know who it is.
When the children beg you to come into the submarine ride with them a person just has to pull up her big girl pants and get on with it.
I was focusing so hard on not showing fear I almost forgot to turn the video on for you! The submarine is long and slim and we all sit facing our own porthole as the submarine cruises through the waters watching these sights go by. The submarine was powering around a big lake all the while.
It really was pretty good!
I had my camera propped in my porthole and just let it run. Me being me I spent half the time trying to work out the logistics. Instead of the film running past us we were running along the film, I guess?. Isn’t it cool?
Didn’t see that coming did you!
Have a lovely afternoon.
Love Celi

omg, glad you went for it. and lived to tell. when my daughter and grandkids took me to las Vegas with them last spring, they bought city passes for lots of activities. I get motion sick easily, so I begged off of some, but the ones I did do, I closed my eyes )
The deep sea ride was interesting, but because I did not know who Nemo was, I was "lost." I actually thought he might be a whale. Wrong!!
