This is a perfect ambient nature sound-track to do my yoga with in the morning. And exactly ten minutes. (Which, frankly, is as long as I can stretch for).
As someone who's been attending yoga against her will recently and being absolutely awful at it, these natural sounds would help me get through it over mantras...
Oh my, there is something magical about that fiery orb as it sinks below the horizon. I love the idea of a sunrise sky and new beginnings but I think I am decidedly a sunset person.
WOW! Impossible to say which is more beautiful--sunrise or sunset.Which reminds me of the most beautiful of songs from Fiddler on the Roof. I wish this went on to dark, amazing, though, how much happens in just 10 minutes. Of course, it is especially delightful to see Boo twice. He reminded me of a buffalo crossing the Great Plains . Somehow these two--sunrise and sunset must be archived forever.

Yes! The birds have it!!
It’s why cats are ALWAYS stretching and meditating. They’re inspired by bird song…
😂😂
I love meditating to the sound of birds in the morning! We have so many!!
Yes! And the birds out your way are so different except maybe for the starlings. Does Aus have starlings?
I have no idea - I’m very ignorant on bird species.

It felt magical to me too. The sun was so big when so close to the horizon but that did not really translate onto the vid. Bit dramatic all the same.

I love that you love them. Maybe save them on your device somewhere so you can keep them. And return anytime!
