My mind was a hummingbird this weekend. I could no sooner settle to one topic than fly to the moon. So, I didn't. At no point do I think that we have to settle down our minds. Let’s fly instead.
The summer beds outside in a covered verandah are so old fashioned and so delightful. Especially for cousins visiting in the holidays! I love the idea, too.
When you described your dream house, you described my daughter's house on Mudge Island, BC for the most part. Including the bed out on the verandah in the summer. I'm lucky to be able to visit this place from time to time (not as often now that I live in Spain) and I always feel good when I'm there.
My husband (what little he does😂) wraps in cartoons too. I iron the paper my loo rolls come(they have funny sayings on them and attractive. Have found some biodegradable sellotape! I prefer making little knitted xmas tree gifts instead of cards. For people l feel obliged to send cards are from now on going to get unwritten ones with a note…. that is brilliant🙏🏻
