Also known as how to eat an elephant: one bite at a time. I wish I could send you a trailer load of nice rotted chicken compost from the chook yard. There are SO many worms! I can't even send you a banana slip because there's a cross-border quarantine for them. All I can send is good wishes and encouragement.
Weed mat and cardboard. Hopefully this will make my life easier. The grass underneath is buffalo grass or cooch I am not sure which / they both are invasive though!!
Who is that handsome creature in the bottom photo, Ceci? Was your friend listening to this lovely story, too?
That would be TimTam the house dog and YES! She climbs up onto the bed to listen when I am reading. Such a sweet dog.
She’s a good-looking sweetie (and smart!). What kind is she?
I am not sure - she is a rescue. Tall though, with a big head!

No need to send anything. Though I had better check on your package again.
Did you put any weedmat or newspapers at the bottom of the beds Cecilia?

I approach big tasks like this in much the same way. I call it taking baby steps in the right direction.
It is so much easier to move a mountain a little at a time! Good evening Beth!! Or is it still afternoon.
I am enjoying this reading a lot! Thanks. TinTam looks very contented listening to the story.
