Great reminder of all the things we can do daily. As bad as lock down was l took a lot of lessons from it such as cutting up old sheets. I was reminded of things my mother did as a matter of course all those years ago. Daily use of car by retired husband, grr!
I know - right? He does not care. But it does point out that we cannot fix other people - only ourselves. Knowing this makes everything so much easier.
I take comfort from your reminder of only taking responsibility for yourself as someone with lots of kids who have lots of kids. By the way my grr was referring to my own husband😂
Yes! I have my cup in my handbag when I go out. Just hold the lid in your hand and give them your cup. Any real barista won’t drink out of a plastic lined paper cup either! They know it changes the taste.
I have seen some lovely windbreaks made with sticks and driftwood. The trick is to let a little wind through so it does not blow the whole thing down. And they look so sweet! Hoping for a great season for you!
