Isn't it funny to think about the things that weren't available to us back in the day? I remember when yogurt was exotic. So funny. This recipe looks amazing, thanks for running around after your daughter to write it down for us.

Celi - I am laughing aloud in the middle of a busy day! What a darn easy-going practical but obviously tasty way to make cannelloni for everyone around . . . just love the story of the bub in the high chair making a piggy of herself enjoying this! Wish I had some here at the moment . . .

We probably still can - the old recipe was made with cottage cheese! My Italian great grandfather would have passed out with horror.
