Today, we have Chapters 6 and 7 of Winnie the Pooh. One chapter I recorded in the Wellington inner city garden. Then after a break, because half way through reading your bedtime story I did what many parents have done before me I began to yawn and almost fell asleep, so after a break and after a relocation I recorded the second chapter for you.
I am against editing these bedtime stories. I want it to feel as much like an ordinary reading as possible. Just you and me. So I left in the yawns! I yawned in character.
Anyway, I began reading this in the city garden and finished reading at the garden by the beach. Cool right?
I love to give you a sense of where your narrator is. So here is a shot of the garden at the beach house.
We will go more in depth about this garden tomorrow at The Kitchens Garden blog.
Take good care.
There is a lot going on. A lot of opinion being thrown about. Try to find the facts and double check them - and most immportantly give your brain a break from scrolling every now and then. To enable long term resilience and resistance.
Did you get my Sunday newsletter?
Off to start tomat conserva. Lots of tomatoes in the garden. Lots of love and take care.
