I love this. Those little ducks are having such a great time. You are having similar temps as we are having here in Spain. (We use Celsius here too, and in Canada.)

35c phew! We had our first “hot”day for weeks yesterday, until then it’s been wet and cold.

Those little ducklings are such characters, thank you.

Today I moved them across to the chicken hospital which is by the barn so they get used to people and more happily Quacker is closer.

Ducks are my favorite, Cecilia! I can't eat their eggs, only chicken eggs, but the dogs eat the duck eggs. Their personalities warm my heart. Poppy (a Blue Swede) and Pepper (Cayuga) just get *so* happy when I come outside. Thanks for sharing your babies!

I don't eat duck eggs either - they are TOO EGGY!!😂 However I cook them up for the pigs. It will be interesting to see how things work out for these five when I set them free.

They are! And they're............greasy? Your pigs like them? Nice! I can't wait to hear more stories as they get to roam!

They are in their second to last placement - in 10 days (if their wings have grown) I will be letting them out for the daytime.
