Here’s to knowing when, where, and how to not do what one is told! Bucking the system, a friend of mine at a uni once said, “I just do it until they tell me I can’t.” I found that to be pretty good advice. Quite a but of system has been bucked since then.
Cecilia, you are amazingly adept at juggling. 🤹 My guess is that you’re also, maybe not a perfectionist, but someone who thinks things will get done and probably better if you take them on yourself. (And if so, you’re probably right.) But it’s ok not to have each thing on the list completed, and not to have each thing perfectly done.
I just put another focaccia dough into the fridge to test it overnight - I have one recipe almost finished but I like to make it a number of times before I share. Which will be tomorrow I hope.
I try to get the recipes as simple as possible because I usually cook by heart.
