I don’t remember the spices you used but I remember you making that PINK pasta for dinner one time in your home that was only a short walk to ahuriri warf :) I remember thinking, cream with tomatoes, that’s odd, but boy was it delicious. I’ve even made it a few times over the years 😘

I finally got to listen. While making lasagne for dinner. No-one else in my family made/makes lasagne. Making my own pasta noodles is a wip but I make the Bechamel sauce... white sauce imo is a necessary cooking skill.
